Exchange or Store Credit Only within 14 days with original receipt & items are in original packages and tags still attached. We do NOT offer refunds.


Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling. You will be emailed once your order is on the way or ready for local store pick up. 

Final Sale, Clearance and Style Box:

All Items purchased on sale at 30% off or more, including Style Boxes/Bundle Boxes are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a Store Credit, Return or Exchange.

The term "FINAL SALE" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.  

Defects or Damaged Items:

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. All defects and issues must be notified by email or call within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.

 Exchanges/Store Credit:

The item you return must meet all of the return guidelines listed above.

Ship your return item back. Please make sure you include original packing receipt is in the package plus your name and contact information, also add whether you are wanting exchange or store credit. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to contact you back letting you know we have received your item.

We do not provide free return shipping. If possible utilize the mailer bag for clothing and utilize the original box for shoes when possible. Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice.
